Shipping - Return - Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges of Rs. 50 are applicable for orders priced up to Rs. 1999.
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000.

The above-mentioned shipping costs are not valid for international shipments. International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of Rs. 4000. All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

Please note: Each batch is freshly made to order, ensuring that your product is prepared with care and attention. This artisanal process may require a little extra time, but it guarantees freshness, quality, and a personal touch in every piece.

• International: 45–60 working days*
*Timelines may vary for special orders or during peak demand, as each order is crafted especially for you.

Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they are unable to deliver on both attempts, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable. We encourage you to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

Refund and Returns Policy:

At Rao Raja Bikaneri Namkeen, Bhujia and Sweets, a unit of BUSY BROTHERS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns or offer refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The product is returned within 3 days of delivery in unused and original packaging condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Items returned after the allowed time period.

3. Refund Process

You can request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order by emailing raorajabikaner@gmail.com with your Order No. #. Please ensure the item reaches us in unused condition, intact, with all original packaging and accessories.

Once we inspect and approve the returned item, we will process your refund for the products returned. Please note:
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Returns are not accepted for items ordered in error or due to change of mind, as each order is crafted especially for you.

For international shipments, no returns are accepted. In case of damage or defect, partial refunds may be processed after proof is provided. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

We begin preparing your order soon after it is placed. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by emailing us with your Order No. #. A cancellation fee of Rs. 40 applies to all orders to cover payment processing and handling costs. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by BUSY BROTHERS.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you request cancellation, it will take 2–3 business days to process, and 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).
